Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ci-skincare.com purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with any seals intact.
- The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:
- Sale/discounted items
- Leaving soon items
- Vitamins & supplements
- Gift cards
Submit a Return Request
- Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
Return Process
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Attach the return label and ship the package back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which is a flat rate of $8.00.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and processing your return. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. Note: photographic or video evidence will help us process your claim as quickly as possible.
