Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ci-skincare.com purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with any seals intact.
  • The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:
    • Sale/discounted items
    • Leaving soon items
    • Vitamins & supplements
    • Gift cards

Submit a Return Request

  1. Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
  2. Log in to your account:
  3. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  4. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  5. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  6. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  7. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  8. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  9. Click "Request return".

Return Process

  1. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  3. Attach the return label and ship the package back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which is a flat rate of $8.00.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and processing your return. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. Note: photographic or video evidence will help us process your claim as quickly as possible.
